ItalianWineList.it: 2.0 charm of Italian Wine
Our new social network dedicated exclusively to the myth Made in Italy
The social network phenomenon increasingly enters into everyday life of people. The success of Facebook in the world is overwhelming, being now entered into the life and language of millions of people. Hence the idea to dedicate a new social network to a global myth: Italian Wine. Here we are: Italian Wine List (www.italianwinelist.it), the driving 2.0 "of Italian wines worldwide, available in English and Italian.
A site where you can browse for free consultation sheets over 53,000 wines from more than 4,600 producers, discovered the average score of the main leaders of industry, national and international. The registered user can then rate the wines and to express freely their own commentary, thus becoming a true taster. The site also gives the opportunity to have your own diary tasting, easily accessible and visible even from other members of the community in terms of information exchange typical of Web 2.0.
Not just a great guide wiki, and then written by users, but also a place where you can see and report on the Italian wine events throughout the world, so as to satisfy the thirst for the Wine Lover appointments. Everything from the typical ingredients of social network: invite friends to join, share on Facebook wines, producers and events with a simple click, connect as friends with community members, send email from this site, contact the producers.
The launch preview of the site was on the occasion of the "Wine and Social Network", organized by BAIA (Business Association Italy America) in Rome January 27 at the Bernini Bristol. During the presentation, Eugenio La Mesa, co-founder and CEO of ItalianWineList, explained the features of the site and noted the intention of creating a large virtual space where all the fans, professionals, journalists and producers who love Italian wine to meet, compete and express themselves.
The next meeting is scheduled for Friday April 3 at 10.30 AM for the official presentation of the Italian Wine List of the general public Vinitaly, in the Sala Respighi in Verona.
